Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following categories of products, as indicated by our website menu and product focus:
  • Beginner Sets/Kits: These are often final sale due to their deeply discounted, bundled nature.
  • Sale & Clearance Apparel (e.g., items from the “Boys’ Sale Tennis Apparel” section) are typically marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

Refund Process
